Your profile is always shown anonymously in search results. Only companies who agree to the conditions set in your preferences can buy your contact details. (Location, wage scale, availability, ...) This gives you full control on the grounds ont which your details can become available. 

Our test is merely an "indicator for professional behavior" that aims to map your professional behavior. It is not a psychological analysis of your personality. To get the best results, answer each question honestly and avoid neutral answers. There is no right or wrong answer because there is no such thing as right and wrong behavior, just different ways of reacting to different situations. Every professional behavior has its pros and cons. The aim of our test is to place you in a fitting working environment, based on your natural strengths.

Our test is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). Briggs was a teacher with a keen interest in personality typing, who developed her own typing theory in the 1920s. Together with her daughter, Isabel Briggs Myers, they developed a convenient way to describe 16 different personalities using four-letter acronyms. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric instrument that is used worldwide for personal development, team development and organizational development. The main goal of the MBTI is to increase self-awareness, which is the basis of all personal development.

Vibaly is a platform with an integrated personality test that exposes your natural strengths. You can create a profile in which you highlight your abilities and experience. A kind of digital CV, as it were. This CV will be added to the results from your test, showcasing your natural born skills. This way you can profile yourself anonymously to new employers. Vibaly offers the opportunity to introduce you in complete safety and anonymity to various companies that need your soft skills. You have full control over who can contact you, based on various filters (location, wage scale, availability, ...).

After completing the test, you can register to see the full details of the test result. You can then start building your profile. You can add experience, education, languages, skills, etc. to your profile. Be as complete as possible so that companies know who you are and where your experience lies. The more complete your profile, the better you can profile yourself to companies. Be honest and realistic about wage scale. This increases the chance of a realistic job offer. You can always adjust your filters according to your preferences. By the way, your profile is completely anonymous, and therefore only visible to the companies that have paid for your contact details.

You can simply deactivate your account by toggling your availability status off. This way, you will not show up in any search results.

No, test results a personal and profiles are anonymous. However, your friends can share which personality type they have on social media, without disclosing the scores or their profile information. 

You can always retake the test, if you do not fully agree with the result. No hard feelings!
